The Role

E&GI LIMITED is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a flair for creating memorable moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to high standards.
  • Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to minimize waste and optimize sales.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol policies to protect the health and wellbeing of guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing basic maths skills for billing purposes.

What You'll Need

  • A proven track record as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods.
  • Basic maths skills for handling payments and making change accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible service of alcohol policies.
