About the RoleYou will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, prioritising patient needs.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A recognised nursing qualification (e.g., RGN or RMN).
- Registration with the NMC.
- Proven experience working in a ward setting, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends.
