Teaching Role for Key Stage 1

We are seeking an experienced and passionate KS1 teacher to join Dunbar Education, a dynamic and supportive primary school in Bedford. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils.
About the Role- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to engage KS1 pupils
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support pupils in achieving their full potential through targeted interventions and assessments
- Communicate effectively with parents and the wider school community to promote pupil well-being
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven ability to differentiate teaching and meet the diverse needs of all pupils
- Passion for developing children's confidence, resilience, and love for learning
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience.
Main Duties- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of KS1 pupils
- Assess pupil progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Participate in whole-school events and contribute to the development of school policies
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attainment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance pupil learning experiences
