Job Overview:
Become a part of the dynamic team at Practice Plus Group Ophthalmology, North West, as a Healthcare Assistant. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can make a tangible difference in patients' lives.

This 37.5 hour per week position involves working across four days, with travel to mobile sites across Lancashire, Manchester, and Yorkshire. As a valued member of the team, you will be provided with comprehensive training to develop your clinical skills and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role:
  • Welcoming patients with a pleasant and efficient demeanor, ensuring timely notification of their arrival.
  • Responding to inquiries with a helpful and courteous attitude, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • Demonstrating competence in recording routine clinical observations accurately.
  • Performing relevant clinical skills specific to the unit.
  • Assisting the clinical team with data entry, documentation of care, and maintenance of accurate records.
  • Ensuring treatment rooms are adequately stocked, tidy, and fit for purpose.
  • Adhering to infection control procedures and contributing to a safe working environment.
  • Participating fully as a team member, sharing knowledge, and promoting a cohesive team approach.
