Duty Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Duty Care Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the security and safety of our development, including coordinating with the Care and Support teams
- Oversee the daily operations of the community, including facilitating activities and events that promote a sense of community and social connection among residents
- Provide emergency support and assistance to residents during night shifts, while also ensuring their safety and well-being
- Collaborate with the Care and Support teams to develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of our residents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
- Experience working in a care or support environment, with a strong focus on customer service and resident satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills
- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including night shifts and weekends
