We are seeking a professional Duty Care Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living solutions. Key Responsibilities- Manage the security and safety of our development, ensuring the wellbeing and happiness of our residents.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
- Work closely with our residents, their families, and our internal teams to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Experience in a care or support environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent care skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on communication and collaboration.
- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent, with a willingness to continue professional development.
