Duty Care Manager

We are seeking a professional Duty Care Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the security and safety of our development, ensuring the well-being of our residents and staff.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent standards of care.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that promote community spirit and engagement among residents.
- Work closely with our residents, their families, and external partners to ensure seamless care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care and support strategies that meet the needs of our residents.
We are looking for a warm, friendly, and organized individual with experience in care or support environments. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
You will be a qualified care professional, preferably with a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
