Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced People Excellence Manager to join our People department and help us drive organisational excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve people management practices across the organisation.

About the Role

This role will involve leading people development initiatives, including designing and delivering training programs, coaching and mentoring, and evaluating the impact of people development initiatives. You will also be responsible for analysing data to inform people management decisions and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve people management practices across the organisation, lead people development initiatives, including designing and delivering training programs, coaching and mentoring, and evaluating the impact of people development initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse data to inform people management decisions, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to improve people management practices.
  • Leadership Development: Facilitation of leadership development programs, utilise leadership capability and competency frameworks to identify development needs, coach and mentor to support leadership development, evaluate the impact of leadership development programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Organisational Psychology or an Organisational Development-related field.
  • Experience designing and delivering organisational development interventions and projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops.
  • Deep knowledge of organisational development principles.
