Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled finance professional to lead our Finance team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Oversight of financial due diligence, compliance, and reporting.
  • Strategy development: investments, budgets, plans, forecasts, KPIs, financial modelling.
  • Regulatory Compliance: statutory reporting, HMRC, Charity Commission, Audit.
  • Financial services and operations: payroll, operational reporting, cashflow management, and debtor management.

Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications and significant experience in financial leadership roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
