About the Role

This Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist position offers a unique opportunity to work with a small but dedicated team at The Yeatman Hospital. As a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will provide specialist clinical advice and leadership in the management of ICRT patients' conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective clinical strategies to meet the needs of ICRT patients.
  • Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways.
  • Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Post-registration diploma level specialist training or extensive experience in the relevant specialty.
  • Membership of the relevant Professional Body and HCPC registration.
  • Proven experience at Registered Practitioner Band 6 or 7 level.
