Business Process Improvement Manager Job Role

Network Talent is seeking an experienced Business Process Improvement Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new processes to drive efficiency and growth, managing the operations team, and ensuring compliance with business and client processes.

You will work closely with the wider leadership team, manage third-party partners and suppliers, and act as a point of contact for incident management and escalation.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading operations teams, mentoring, recruitment, and long-term team development, as well as experience managing third-party transport or logistics partners. A connection to the education sector is a plus, and commutability to our Berkshire-based office is essential.

We offer a competitive salary package, including basic salary £67,500-77,500, annual bonus, company laptop provided, pension options, Monday to Friday role, and 30 days annual leave.
