The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance improvement, profitability, and operating efficiency. Key objectives include:

  • Boosting results through enhanced performance and increased profitability
  • Leading the aftersales team to drive business progress and maximise customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring customers receive professional service while driving EVHC performance
  • Guiding the team to achieve business objectives
  • Embodying a commitment to excellence

In addition to leadership and organisational skills, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A strong advocate for our company values
  • Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations
  • Holding a full valid UK driving licence

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at £60,000 per annum, and benefits that reflect our dedication to employee well-being. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, providing a great work-life balance.
