With three franchise dealerships across Shropshire representing car and van brands from leading manufacturers, we offer a dynamic work environment that fosters business growth and exceptional customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance improvement, profitability, and operating efficiency. Key objectives include:
- Boosting results through enhanced performance and increased profitability
- Leading the aftersales team to drive business progress and maximise customer satisfaction
- Ensuring customers receive professional service while driving EVHC performance
- Guiding the team to achieve business objectives
- Embodying a commitment to excellence
In addition to leadership and organisational skills, the ideal candidate should possess:
- A strong advocate for our company values
- Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations
- Holding a full valid UK driving licence
This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at £60,000 per annum, and benefits that reflect our dedication to employee well-being. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, providing a great work-life balance.
