Job Title: Lead Game Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Game Designer to join our team at Eleven Eleven. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative mobile games that captivate our players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop game design documents and flowcharts.
  • Design, balance, and tune game mechanics and UI flow to ensure a seamless player experience.
  • Create levels and content using Unity, while adapting designs based on testing, feedback, and live metrics.
  • Drive long-term player engagement through an understanding of mobile players and their behavior.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in game design, with at least one published game.
  • Knowledge of mobile free-to-play monetization and advertising.
  • Creativity, passion for mobile games, and ability to entertain players.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team.
