Lead Game Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Game Designer to collaborate with our design team and create engaging and innovative casual and hybrid casual games.

As a Lead Game Designer, you will oversee multiple mobile projects, ensuring that our games are fun and entertaining for players. Your responsibilities will include creating game design documents, balancing game mechanics, and developing new content using Unity.

You will work closely with the design team to adapt designs based on feedback and live data, driving long-term player engagement through an understanding of mobile players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and innovative games
  • Oversee multiple mobile projects, ensuring that games are fun and entertaining
  • Create game design documents, balance game mechanics, and develop new content using Unity
  • Adapt designs based on feedback and live data
  • Drive long-term player engagement through an understanding of mobile players

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in game design, with at least one published game
  • Creativity, passion for mobile games, and ability to entertain players
