Job Title: Welfare Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to support the well-being of our pupils. As a Welfare Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and happiness of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Provide emotional support and a listening ear, helping pupils to manage their feelings and behaviors.
  • Monitor and report any welfare concerns, ensuring the well-being of our students.

Requirements:

  • A caring and empathetic nature, with a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Previous care experience is an advantage, but not essential.
