Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, as well as relevant local information and competitor activity.
Develop and maintain relationships with solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Initiate approaches to prospects, record and follow up on all visitors, and regularly update and progress all prospects via our CRM system.
Take reservations and initiate all paperwork with speed and accuracy, ensuring all purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.
