Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our administrative support team as a Valuation Support Specialist.

This role will involve providing exceptional support to our valuation and advisory teams, ensuring seamless delivery of projects to charities nationwide.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing workflow, preparing terms of business, monitoring ongoing cases, and proofreading reports. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Provide administrative support to valuation and advisory teams
  • Prepare and review reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and clients through various channels
Requirements:
  • Reliable, confident, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Administrative or secretarial experience, preferably with audio typing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
