Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adults with a wide range of health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a full clinical caseload, providing timely assessments and care planning for patients on the inpatient ward.
- Work closely with the therapy team and wider multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitation services, including personal care, kitchen assessments, access visits, home visits, and therapy discharges.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to empower patients to manage their conditions effectively and maximize their potential for self-management, access to their environment, and return to previous occupations and involvement in the community.
