About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with clients to assess and develop their skills and abilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized plans to address their goals and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to promote clients' independence, mobility, and overall well-being.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on topics such as safety, self-care, and community reintegration.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with clients with a range of physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
