Job Title: Offshore Engineering Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team at Todd Hayes Ltd. As an Offshore Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs to fast rescue and daughter craft onboard emergency response and rescue vessels or in-house repair workshops. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that can either be completed on a permanent basis or an initial temporary basis, with the likelihood of progressing to a permanent placement for the right candidate.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all shipboard repairs are carried out in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. They will also keep company-approved Planned Maintenance records up to date and provide out-of-hours support when required. Additionally, they will actively promote and progress the company's QHSE Policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Marine or General Engineering background/qualification.
- Good understanding of petrol 2/4 stroke engines or diesel engines.
- Knowledge/experience of 12-volt electrics and/or the marine industry.
- Computer literate.
- Full driving licence.

Salary:
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience), paid for a 40-hour week with potential overtime available at enhanced rates.
