About the Role

Luss Estates Company is a thriving enterprise that encompasses customer-facing businesses, agricultural operations, forestry management, wildlife conservation, property development, and various ongoing projects.

The role has two main responsibilities: as Personal Assistant to the Estate Chief Executive Officer, and as the main point of contact for all visitors, providing administrative support to the Estate Office.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the organization.

Substantial experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential. Some experience in human resources administration would be advantageous.

This is a challenging role in a fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills, workload prioritization, the ability to manage tight deadlines, and support high-profile meetings, including scheduling, issuing papers, and comprehensive minute-taking.

The role requires high levels of tact, discretion, initiative, and flexibility, as well as confidentiality.
