About the Role

Luss Estates Company is a thriving enterprise that encompasses customer-facing businesses, agricultural operations, forestry management, wildlife conservation, property development, and various ongoing projects.

The role has two main responsibilities: as Personal Assistant to the Estate Chief Executive Officer, and as the main contact point for all visitors, providing administrative support to the Estate Office.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable interacting with staff at all levels of the organisation, and have substantial experience using Microsoft Office applications.

This is a challenging role in a fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, workload prioritisation, the ability to manage tight deadlines, and support high-profile meetings, including scheduling, issuing papers, and comprehensive minute-taking.

The role requires high levels of tact, discretion, initiative, and flexibility, along with confidentiality.
