Job Title: Lead Credit Risk Analyst

At Redefined Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Credit Risk - Strategy team, you will play a leading role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our credit decisioning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain critical scorecard and decisioning performance across consumer and business journeys, ensuring high accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other Leads in the team to review potential risks, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to grow profitable connections.
  • Liaise with business areas and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Review and provide feedback on propositions, projects, and services, identifying opportunities to support delivery of company goals.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret information to support credit strategy development, using Excel, SAS, Alteryx, and Snowflake.
  • Work with peers to manage key performance objectives and challenge existing credit policies.
  • Ensure changes are accurate and effective by testing proposed changes and reviewing actual impacts.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing, maintaining, and developing new and existing credit scorecards.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with VBA knowledge beneficial.
  • Proven experience in analyzing data using strong SAS/SQL, Alteryx, or similar language and systems knowledge.
  • Open and flexible personality to deal with evolving situations and deliver to all levels in the business.
