Job Title: Lead Credit Risk Analyst

At Redefined Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Credit Risk - Strategy team, you will play a leading role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our credit decisioning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and develop critical scorecard and decisioning performance across consumer and business journeys, ensuring high accuracy.
  • Work with other Leads to complete regular reviews of potential risks, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Liaise with business areas and stakeholders to drive delivery of company goals.
  • Review and provide feedback on propositions, projects, and services, identifying opportunities to support delivery.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret information to support credit strategy development, using Excel and SAS/Alteryx knowledge.
  • Manage key performance objectives and challenge existing credit policies with peers.
  • Test and review proposed changes, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing, maintaining, and developing new and existing credit scorecards.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with VBA beneficial.
  • Open and flexible personality to deal with evolving situations and deliver to all levels.
  • Proven experience in analyzing data using SAS/SQL, Alteryx, or similar language and systems knowledge.
