Job Title: Lead Credit Risk Analyst

At Redefined Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Credit Risk - Strategy team, you will play a leading role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our credit decisioning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain critical scorecards and decisioning performance across consumer and business journeys.
  • Collaborate with other Leads in the team to identify potential risks, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Liaise with business areas and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Review and provide feedback on propositions, projects, and services to support delivery of company goals.
  • Proactively collect, analyze, and interpret information to support credit strategy development.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing, maintaining, and developing new and existing credit scorecards.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with VBA knowledge beneficial.
  • Proven experience in analyzing data using strong SAS/SQL, Alteryx, or similar language and systems knowledge.
