An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Care Manager to join Coburg Banks Limited, a leading provider of high-quality supported living services for adults with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities.
The Job:As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading the provision of top-tier care services, coordinating and managing the care staff, ensuring health and safety regulations are met, and crafting personalized care plans for service users.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you must hold an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, have proven leadership experience within the Learning Disabilities sector, possess an in-depth understanding of care standards and regulations, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary between £38,000 and £40,000, enrollment in a pension scheme, entitlement to 33 days of holiday, access to training opportunities, and prospects for career advancement within the company.
