Job Summary: Donard Recruitment is recruiting for a WCA Healthcare Professional to join their team in Belfast. As a functional specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of claimants' health conditions or disabilities for the Government's Work Capability Assessment (WCA) benefit.
\About the Position: This is an exciting hybrid working opportunity for nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and paramedics to make the most of their existing clinical knowledge and take on a new role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and deliver high-quality Work Capability Assessment reports.
- Manage cases to conclusion, gathering further evidence and returning documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements: A degree in nursing, occupational therapy, or a related field, combined with 1+ years of post-qualification experience. Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions is required.
