Job Summary

We are recruiting an experienced Dietitian to join our team, specializing in adult diabetes management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with diabetes, working closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing patients' nutritional needs and developing personalized care plans
  • Providing education and support to patients on healthy eating and lifestyle choices
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Registration with the HCPC as a Dietitian
  • Experience in adult diabetes management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
