About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Functional Assessor. In this role, you will conduct face-to-face assessments of patients with disabilities and illnesses, using your expertise to provide accurate and unbiased reports.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at £45,650 per year, making it an attractive option for those looking to advance their careers. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic
  • Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with no restrictions and a valid PIN
  • Strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper
  • Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and generate accurate reports
  • Proficient with IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access
  • Valid driving license or reliable transportation to reach the nearest assessment centre
Working Hours

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day). Flexible hours can be arranged with your line manager after initial training, considering both personal preferences and business needs.
