As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of client networks and systems. You will be responsible for managing incoming requests, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing on-site technical support and guidance.
  • Manage and resolve incoming requests, incidents, and service desk tickets promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, providing timely updates on case status and adhering to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalate high-priority issues to management, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Proactively monitor the integrity and performance of client networks and systems.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and repair hardware and software components to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Document technical processes and log work orders for accurate tracking and reporting.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT infrastructure role.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure principles, including routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems (2016, 2019, 2022) and Group Policy management.
  • Experience with Azure administration and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with various client operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, Mac).
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
