A exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Retail Assistant to join our Retail Team to provide maternity leave cover. Our Retail Assistants work alongside the management team, volunteers and work placements to ensure the efficient running of each store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high standards of shop floor displays at all times
  • Maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service
  • Process Gift Aid on sales and follow procedures for using the till/EPOS system
  • Ensure cash handling, reconciliation and banking guidelines are adhered to
  • Comply with health and safety policy, manual and fire safety manuals
  • Carry out any other duties to meet team and organisational objectives
