**Parts Advisor/Technician needed in Blaydon**

**About Our Client**

My client is a large HGV main dealer network with multiple sites based in the UK. This role will be based at the site in Blaydon.
- Ensuring the parts department delivers market leading customer service to its customers on every occasion in which they interact with the department and Company.
- Ensuring the accurate and timely provision of parts to customers in line with their expectations.
- Identification of parts to ensure accurate supply for the customer's needs.
- Answering telephones, managing enquiries and running the front counter desk including processing of retail sales over the counter.
- Receipting, identifying and storing parts as received from suppliers.
- Correctly locating and identifying items in the stores/warehouse.
- Undertaking perpetual stock counts to ensure stock file accurate and up to date.
- Work alongside the service department and workshops to supply parts for ongoing repairs etc.
- Providing quotations to the workshop and to action all workshop enquiries.

**The Successful Applicant**
- Proven experience of vehicle parts - strong sales focus
- The ability to work under pressure, actively seek solutions to problems and having the flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks are all key attributes.
- Ability to communicate effectively within your team and manage internal relationship to deliver required information in a timely clear manor.
- All works must be accurate and consistent adhering to all processes and procedures.

**What's on Offer**
Pay rate: £10.97p/h (£22,247)
Working week: 39 Hours per Week, 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday, 8am to 3:30pm Friday.
Monthly Sales Bonus.
