Job Overview
We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team as Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Assist clients with medication management and other healthcare needs.
- Accompany clients on outings and social activities, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
Requirements
- Previous experience in care or a related field.
- Caring and compassionate nature, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
- Competitive salary: £12.00 per hour (weekdays) and £13.84 per hour (weekends).
