Company Overview: Academics Ltd is a specialist mental health school that focuses on addressing the social, emotional and therapeutic needs of students. We are looking for a Criminology Graduate to work as a Mental Health Support Assistant.

Job Description: As a Mental Health Support Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will involve working with a range of students, both one-on-one and in groups. You will help prepare learning materials, check on student welfare, and assist with increasing independent living skills. This role will give you essential experience needed to train as an Educational Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Behaviour Therapist or Speech and Language Therapist.

Required Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for a recent Criminology Graduate who is passionate about working with vulnerable children who have been exposed to trauma and adverse childhood experiences. The ideal candidate will be patient, friendly, and proactive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and progress in your career.

Estimated Salary: £26,500 per annum.
