Children's Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Children's Support Specialist to join our team at Fear Less. This exciting opportunity involves working with children and young people who have been affected by domestic abuse.
As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist support to help these young individuals overcome their experiences and build a brighter future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, trauma-informed support to children who have lived in domestically abusive families.
- Enable young people to access statutory and other services where appropriate.
- Manage a caseload and work proactively to support young people and their families.
- Deliver educational, time-bound, one-to-one support sessions for children and young people.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, or education).
- Experience working with children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency framework.
