We are seeking a skilled Technical Helpdesk Advisor to play a key role in our continued success. As a 2nd line Technical Helpdesk Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and resolving complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth technical support and troubleshooting for server and infrastructure issues
- Work with Microsoft operating systems and firewall technologies
- Configure and manage structured cabling and Wi-Fi connectivity
- Support Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
- Manage server backup configuration and DNS
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in server and infrastructure support
- Desktop support experience is preferable
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and firewall technologies
