About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at IN n OUT Autocentres. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving business performance and improvement, while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Centre Manager in the day-to-day running of the service centre, including managing the workshop, leading the team, and ensuring that all customers receive a first-class experience. You will also be involved in coaching and mentoring the team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to drive business growth and profitability.

We are looking for someone with a strong passion for customer relations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Centre Manager in the day-to-day running of the service centre
  • Manage the workshop and ensure that all vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and quality workmanship
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and profitability
  • Coach and mentor the team to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • Automotive service experience (3 years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
