Automotive Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at IN n OUT Autocentres. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving business performance and improvement, while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Centre Manager in the day-to-day running of the centre, including managing the workshop, supervising the team, and ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for coaching and motivating the team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to drive business growth and profitability.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in automotive service, preferably with experience as a Level 3 Technician and/or MOT Tester. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners. You will also need to be a team player, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
