About the Role

The Graphic and Print Designer will be a key member of our in-house design team, responsible for creating innovative and commercial print designs for our girlswear range. This role will involve collaborating with the design team to develop and implement design concepts, as well as preparing and contributing to customer meetings.

We are looking for a Designer who is:

  • Experienced in high-street fashion design, with a strong understanding of current trends and themes.
  • Commercially aware and able to work with production to ensure all products are designed and manufactured in line with the customer's direction and critical path.
  • An excellent communicator and team player, with the ability to work with colleagues and customers at all levels.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with 3D design skills a bonus.
  • Ability to design shape and graphics, with a focus on graphics.
  • To have garment technical knowledge and the ability to generate detailed tech packs.
  • Driven and results-oriented, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Education to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business, or retail.
