Bank Staff Practitioner
Are you looking for a flexible and rewarding career in childcare? As a Bank Staff Practitioner with Bright Horizons, you will have the opportunity to work in one of our nurseries, supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene and room preparation. You will also be responsible for promoting and ensuring child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making learning fun and engaging for each child, with a sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding. Previous experience working with children is ideal, but not essential. If you are flexible and adaptable, and able to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults, we would love to hear from you.
We offer a range of benefits, including above industry standard salary, discounted childcare, and access to our Smart Health programme. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and career through our development programme, tailored to your individual journey.
At Bright Horizons, we are driven by our HEART values (Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork). We are committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment, and we are proud to have been voted Great Place to Work every year since 2006.
