Job Summary

We are looking for a Bank Staff Practitioner to support our nursery team in delivering high-quality care and education to children. As a Bank Staff Practitioner, you will work on a flexible basis, supporting the nursery team with their delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. You will engage children in entertaining and educational play and activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones, and ensuring their safety throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support nursery colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS curriculum
  • Engage children in entertaining and educational play and activities
  • Encourage children's development towards key milestones
  • Ensure children's safety throughout the day
  • Work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed
