Our client, a leading business in the mortgage industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Mortgage Servicing to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and supervise a team of customer servicing specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve goals and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  2. Ensure team performance and morale are maintained at a high level, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, risk, and compliance, to ensure seamless communication and effective decision-making.
  4. Assist customers with enquiries about mortgage payments, providing timely and accurate information to resolve issues.

Requirements:
