**Supporting Children and Young People with Complex Needs**

As a SEN / SEND Tutor, you will work closely with children and young people who require additional support due to Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD / SLD), or other Additional Educational Needs. Your role will involve delivering tailored tuition and mentoring to meet their individual needs and promote engagement and progress.
