Teaching Assistant for Special Needs Education

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join our team in Nottinghamshire. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored educational programs and support the personal growth of children with Special Educational Needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with complex needs, promoting their independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring inclusive and effective educational experiences
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment
