Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our client's team in West Yorkshire. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 5 restaurant and takeaway locations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee full operational activity across all locations, working closely with Restaurant Managers and Directors.
- Maintain stock levels for consumables, cleaning supplies, and general maintenance.
- Ensure all locations are operational during opening hours, with a focus on health and safety, HR, and customer experience.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef, Restaurant Managers, and Directors to drive business growth and expansion.
