Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our client's team in West Yorkshire. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 5 restaurant and takeaway locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with our Head Chefs, Restaurant Managers, and Directors to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure all locations meet health and safety, food hygiene, and HR compliance standards.
- Develop and implement training plans to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to maintain high-quality services.
- Collaborate with the Directors to drive business growth and expansion.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Knowledge of HR procedures, facilities management, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
- Valid car driver's license, with a willingness to travel between sites.
