Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Social Care Professional to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd in New Ollerton.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop support plans for individuals with complex care needs and forensic histories.
  • Promote autonomy and well-being while effectively managing risk.
  • Deliver 'Social Supervision' services and provide regular reports to the Ministry of Justice for individuals subject to section 41 of the Mental Health Act.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience working as a qualified social worker in adult social services within the UK.
