Sanctuary Personnel Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Transformative Social Services Specialist to join their team in New Ollerton. This is a locum position with a 3-month contract, requiring full-time hours.

The estimated salary for this role is £33 per hour (assignment rate). As a key member of the team, you will undertake various tasks, including Care Act assessments, support planning, risk assessing, commissioning and planning discharges for individuals with complex needs and those who require ongoing supervision.

We are looking for an individual with a degree or equivalent in social work, registration with Social Work England, and extensive experience in Adults Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker. Your expertise in promoting independence and wellbeing while ensuring safe management of risks will be essential in this role.
