We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers, providing person-centred care to vulnerable adults. Our comprehensive Induction Programme includes face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing. You'll gain a nationally recognised qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to your role.
Average salary: £12 per hour.
In this role, you'll support service users to lead a full and active life, stay safe, and participate in chosen social activities. You'll work within organisational policies and procedures, maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality. We prioritise the wellbeing and safety of our service users, and all staff are trained and supervised to a high standard.
