About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our team at Eden Futures. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and other complex requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting individuals to lead a full and active life, participating in their chosen social activities, and managing their finances and medication responsibly. You will also be responsible for accurately reporting and recording any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users.
